This auction covers for a 3.6mx3.0m shed painted any colour with double locking doors.

All buildings come with flashed roofing and glued timber battens over ply seams as pictured and a head flashing over the door for a water tight finish.

We also offer all models in plyclad, utility clad and coloursteel. Prices vary depending on materials on cladding.

All prices include GST and receipt/invoice will be provided.

• 12mm H3.2 ply cladding.
• 19mm H3.2 ply flooring.
• 75x50mm H3.2 framing.
• Watergate building wrap to keep moisture out including under floor, walls and ceiling.
• Glued flashings and glued ply seams. -Good solid hardware, hasp and staple latch and padlock with two keys. Prevents easy break-ins. We can also offer a double master lock setup for that extra piece of mind.

Delivery available anywhere in the north island at a cost of $120 per hour from our yard. Most deliveries are 2-3hours. Can be delivered anywhere in the north island.
