This auction covers for a 3.6mx2.4m Utility shed painted any colour with a double locking doors and a new aluminium single glazed window 800x800mm.
All buildings come with flashed roofing and glued timber battens over ply seams as pictured and a head flashing over the door for a water tight finish.
We also offer all models in plyclad, utility clad and coloursteel. Prices vary depending on materials on cladding.

- Galvanised roofing and flashings.
- 12mm H3.2 ply cladding.
- 19mm H3.2 ply flooring.
- 75x50mm H3.2 framing.
- Watergate building wrap to keep moisture out including under floor, walls and ceiling.
- Glued flashings and glued ply seams.
- Good solid hardware, hasp and staple latch and padlock with two keys. Prevents easy break-ins. We can also offer a double master lock setup for that extra piece of mind.
- If you’d like your shed to have a window we do that too.
This model has been painted twice with black exterior PPG paint. I’f you’d like a different colour let us know.
Delivery available anywhere in the north island at a cost of $195 per hour from our yard. Most deliveries are 2-3hours. Can be delivered anywhere in the north island.
